Tender Notice for Security Services
(For Head Office Lahore & Site Office Bahawalpur)
Quaid-e-Azam Solar Power (Pvt.) Ltd (QASPL) invites sealed bids from reputable firms for security services at the site of its power generation plant in Bahawalpur and Head Office premises in Lahore.
1. Registered entity in Income Tax (FBR) and with Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA).
2. The company will use least cost based selection and single stage two envelopes method of selection of Security Company under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.Tender documents along with bidding instructions may be obtained from the office of the undersigned during the working hours.
3. The criteria for technical/financial evaluation and all accompanying details are available in the TORs that can be obtained from Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority’s website, www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk, company’s website www.qasolar.com or by visiting our office at the address given below.
4. Tender documents to be submitted by 07th April, 2023 in the office of undersigned up to 11:00 AM hour. Bids will be opened on the same date at 11.30 AM hours.
5. Bids must be accompanied by a bid security of not less than Rs. 270,000/- (1% of estimated procurement of Rs.27,000,000/-) in the shape/form of pay order/bank draft in favor of Quaid- e-Azam Solar Power (Pvt.) Limited Company. Financial bids validity will be 90 days.
6. QA Solar reserves the right to accept or reject the tender as per PPRA rules - 2014.
